Don’t Fear Doubt

“The greater the doubt, the greater the awakening.”  ~ Albert Einstein

As discussed before, we all have a certain amount of fears.  Of our many fears is the fear regarding doubt.  We do not like to doubt because it causes us to question so many things.  Sometimes, the things we question are things that we have been doing or saying for a long time.  We might feel guilty or disloyal for doubting but there is no getting around the fact that we often have doubts.

Get ready to hear this and to remember it: doubt is a part of our human nature.  It’s natural.  It’s all right.  If you go with it and examine that which you doubt, you might find yourself coming out stronger on the other side.  As Einstein states, doubting might just lead to a great awakening.

Too many people shut down when they doubt.  But doing so will keep us from learning and from growing.  When we examine all angles because of doubt, we discover new avenues and new things.  We become better and wiser people.  We mature emotionally and spiritually if we allow ourselves to doubt.

It is easy to allow doubt to cripple us and it is just as easy to allow doubt to broaden our knowledge and experiences.  It all depends upon what you are willing to do with it.

FAITH ACTION:  Do all that you can to find the answers for those things, principles, or ideas that bring you doubt.
